About Orange Tree's delivery service

Despatch times

All items that are in stock in our warehouse are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery to UK addresses is FREE on all orders over £40 (excluding furniture and heavy items). We charge £4.95 for standard UK delivery on orders under £40.

All items will be sent by Royal Mail on either a Recorded Signed For or Special Delivery basis dependent on the level of insurance required.

Delivery on furniture items and large / heavy items is free within 1 hour's drive of your nearest store when you spend £1,000 or more. Under £1,000 delivery is free up to 10 miles, £25 up to 25 miles, £50 up to 50 miles, and £100 up to 100 miles. For all other deliveries, delivery will be charged on an individual basis.
